Have you seen something in store and only just realised how much you'd fallen in love with it when you got home? Don't panic! Our Reservation Service is perfect for these types of occasions!
- Simply give a member of our team a call on 01386 556161.
- It's helpful if you can describe the product to our team member as concisely as possible - what is was, the colour, the price, anything you can remember is really helpful.
- Our team member will advise on whether that product is still available in store or if it has sold. If it has sold, they'll do their best to find out there and then using our online systems whether that product is available for re-ordering and what the anticipated timescales might be for re-delivery to our store.
- If your product is still available in store, as soon as it has been paid for it is taken off the floor immediately. It is then packed away and stored safely ready for when you are ready to collect.
- Payment is taken for all reservations and pre-orders at time of confirming the order, along with all of your contact details.
In Store Collections
We operate a busy in store collection service which is utilised by many of our local customers and shoppers as well as those visiting or staying in the area.
- If you've seen a product in store or online on our website, simply place your order and select the 'Collect In Store' option.
- This is a completely free service and it allows flexibility for you as to when you are able to collect.
- Normally, your order is picked and packed straight away and is ready for collection next day. There are however certain times during the year which this just isn't possible or we may even be waiting on the new products to arrive. You will always receive a confirmation email from us to say that your order is ready to collect.
- Please note that we do not open on Monday’s & Sunday's and therefore the Collect In Store service is only available Tuesday through to Saturday.
