Reserving products and items you've seen online or in store
We very often reserve products and items you might have seen either in our high street store or online.
We've recently updated our policy on reservations - which is ok with our customers who visit us is person. This now means that all reservations and pre-orders will need to be paid for in full prior to placing them on hold for you. Please note that due to demand for our products, we are no longer able to reserve or pre-order products without payment.
Delivery and Collections
We pretty much deliver anywhere in the world! For our UK shoppers, we offer three main options:
COLLECT IN STORE
For the...'I've brought something, but I'm going to come and carry on browsing' shoppers
This happens a lot - and we're ok with it! Maybe you're local and you fancy having a browse around Persora again or perhaps you're simply popping into town for a spot of lunch. Either way, simply select the 'Collect in Store' option at checkout and we'll have all of your items wrapped and packed ready to collect.
For the...'I love it that much, I am happy to wait for it' shoppers
It does what it says on the tin really.
For the...'I've forgotten something and I need it really quick!' shoppers
Sometimes, life in general just kind of gets in the way - hey, we've all been there and we've all forgotten something or left present buying to the last minute. That's why we offer a quick delivery within 24 hours - tracked and recorded - so that you can monitor the progress of your order. Simply select the 'Express Delivery' option at the checkout and it will be out our doors to you quicker than you can blink!
Ok, ok. We don't know whether you're sunning yourself on a beach or skiing in the mountains (we don't want to know, we'd be too jealous!). We can deliver your shopping to you anywhere in the world.
(Please note some exclusions apply in terms of items available for next day delivery. For example, some personalised products (our elves can't work that quick!), some lighting and furniture.)

Northern Ireland £16.80 inc VAT
Republic of Ireland £19.20 inc VAT
Isle of Man £15 no VAT
Channel Islands £15 no VAT
Delivery to UK Outlying Islands is defined by these postcodes:
HS1-9, IV41-49, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA34, PA41-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3, TR21-25
Returns and Exchanges
Sometimes, things just don't go right. And we understand that on occasion, you might wish to return your items - particularly if our couriers haven't looked after it and it arrives damaged or faulty.
On the rare occasion this might happen, please use the links below to return your item to us. The returns form must be included in order to process your return.
We're afraid that we are unable to accept any items returned to us that are not in their original packaging, used, damaged and in not in a perfect condition. We're really sorry, but we also don't cover the cost of any returns either - however, if your item is deemed to have been unsatisfactory in terms of quality - the cost of your return will be added to your total refund as a gesture of goodwill. Please note that large unwanted items will need to be collected by one of our couriers and the cost for this will be deducted from your refund - simply call us on 01386 556161 and a member of our team will be able to advise you.
